  • IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE AVAILABLE WHEN WE SET UP YOUR TENT, PLEASE ASK US FOR SOME FLAGS TO IDENTIFY THE SPECIFIC SITE AND PLACEMENT AREA.  OR YOU CAN USE ANY IDENTIFYING MARKERS.  PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR AND MAKE OUR SALES TEAM AWARE.

 

  • IF YOU HAVE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES (WATER IRRIGATION, GAS LINES, ELECTRIC LINES, ETC) PLEASE LET US KNOW TO PREVENT OUR STAKES FROM HITTING ANY OF THE LINES. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY US IF WE ARE GOING TO BE SETTING STAKES INTO GROUND WITH UNDERGROUND UTILITIES.

 

  • GIVING DETAILS ABOUT DELIVERY IS ESSENTIAL TO MAKING YOUR DELIVERY AND  SET UP RUN AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE (GATE CODE, STAIRS, ELEVATOR, ROOM NAME, CONTACT NAME & NUMBER, BACK DOOR, KITCHEN DOOR, DOGS, ETC)

 

  • NORMAL DELIVERY IS TO A DROP OFF AND PICK UP POINT WHERE OUR TRUCK HAS ACCESS.  PLEASE NOTIFY US IF THE TRUCK DELIVERY WILL NOT HAVE READY ACCESS TO THE VENUE SITE.

 

  • DELIVERY AND PICK UP TIMES MAY VARY ~ DEPENDENT UPON ANY UNFORSEEN DELAYS WITH SCHEDULED EVENTS

 

  • WHEN STACKING CHAIRS ~ PLEASE PLACE THEM IN THE RACK GOING ALL THE SAME DIRECTION.

 

  • WHEN UNSTACKING CHAIRS~ PLEASE DO NOT CUT ROPE. IT UNTIES EASILY.

 

  • WHEN TABLES & CHAIRS ARE SET UP OUTDOORS A DAY BEFORE THE EVENT, IT IS OFTEN WISE TO ASSIGN SOMEONE TO WIPE THE CHAIR SEATS & TABLE TOPS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT AND PRIOR TO PLACING LINENS ON TOP OF THE TABLES.

 

  • GLASSWARE, FLATWARE, AND CHINA – SCRAPE AND EMPTY THEM FROM ALL LIQUID AND FOOD – DO NOT WASH. 

 

  • GLASSWARE SOMETIMES DEVELOPES A FILM DURING TRANSPORTATION WHILE STORED IN THE PLASTIC BAGS.  THE GLASSWARE ARE CLEAND & STERLIZED PRIOR TO DELIVERY.  THE FILM CAN BE REMOVED SIMPLY WIPING WITH A SOFT CLOTH

 

  • WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PLACING LINEN ON TABLETOPS UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT WHEN YOUR EVENT IS OUTDOORS.

 

  • LINEN – BEFORE BAGGING, SHAKE ANY FOOD OFF.

 

  • DO NOT STUFF LINEN IN BAG IF THEY ARE WET, THIS WILL RESULT IN MILDEW & MOLD WHICH WILL CAUSE YOU ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO REMOVE.

 

  • WHEN YOU RENT BOTH TABLES AND TABLE LINENS FROM US, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE THE LINENS FROM THE TABLES AT THE END OF THE EVENT. WE WILL REMOVE AND PACK THE LINENS WHEN WE RETRIEVE THE TABLES

 

  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO LINENS CAUSED BY CANDLE WAX OR BURN HOLES.  IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON USING CANDLES OR CENTER PIECES, PLEASE DISCUSS SAFETY MEASURES WITH OUR SALES STAFF.

 

  • WHEN YOUR DELIVERY POINT REQUIRES A LONG WALK TO THE SET UP SITE, PLEASE NOTIFY THE SALES STAFF IN ORDER FOR THE DELIVERY CREW TO BRING THE PROPER EQUIPMENT (i.e. HAND TRUCKS, CHAIR DOLLEYS)

 

  • PLEASE NOTIFY THE SALES STAFF IF THE DRIVE WAY HEIGHT IS LIMITED  OR OBSTRUCTED BY TREE LIMBS, POWER POLES, ONE-WAY BRIDGE ENTRIES, LOW CLEARANCE STRUCTURES OVER THE ROAD WAY SO THAT THE PROPER DELIVERY VEHICLE WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOUR ORDER.

 

  • WHEN A TENT IS TO BE PLACED OVER A PATIO AREA, PLEASE REMOVE ALL TABLES, CHAIRS, AND UMPRELLAS PRIOR TO OUR CREW ARRIVING TO YOUR SITE.
