Yes, a tent installation requires delivery and pick up & installation is included in the cost of transportation and handling.  LTR will also deliver any of your rentals to your event location.

Rental orders may be picked up at our warehouse in Gainesville, GA.  We will assist you in determining the size/type of vehicle you need and what equipment, such as straps, you need to bring. 

All you need to do is give us as many details about the event as you can, basics such as type of event, number of guests, location of the event, and we will guide and assist you with determining what you need to make your event a success.

Plates, flatware, glassware, chafers and other serving equipment is returned unwashed in the container it came in.  LTR will guide you on policies and procedures when you reserve clean rentals.

In most cases we want to set up your tent prior to the event date.  Depending on the size and type of tent an installation can take several hours.

LTR offers an optional service for setup and breakdown of tables and chairs at delivery and pickup.  We also offer an on-site service for moving chairs from your ceremony to the reception area.
